the first day of school, or rather TEP.. i got posted to CSC -> Customer Service Centre. together with sherlyne, zen, radziah, lifa, wei qi, jesvin and ee phor. training started today and went thru some 'lecture' on CRM and CS. watched some interesting videos.. especially the one on unbelievable. very INTERESTING!! had a long day today, but it seems like Call Centre seems interesting.. will be learning on telemarketing skills, the different techniques.. should be quite fun.. definitely will get to interact with a lot of ppl.. but must be prepared to handle rejections... like, when doing telesurveying, ppl might just hang up the phone on you (which is very rude and what i dislike a lot...)

met BN and some of BK ppl.. and also the half of the cohort attending the TEP orientation today.. realised that alot of ppl have changed.. More ppl put makeup to school, dress up, girls start to wear heels.. which is a good thing.. they are becoming more feminine!! haha..

and... i havent seen pearlyn around... hmm.. where in the world is she hiding??? lol.. =P
